There aren’t a lot of guidelines on where the measurement ends. The black measurement device does make it difficult to see the bottom of the tail fin reaches the 18” mark, but I’m fine with whatever you guys determine.

Thats a call for Lance. The tail may be transparent and hard to see in the photo.

Boy that is a tough one. I think I can see tail at 18 but not sure. I can for sure see it at 17, so let's split the difference and post 17.5
