with the colder temp, has any iced formed on Deer Creek yet?

If it freezes my guess would be late January. That lake is usually the last one to freeze if it chooses to.

Drove by yesterday afternoon and there is ice down to where the highway meets the lake. There are also patches of ice floating around the island. From Rainbow Bay to the dam is still open water.
I didn't get a chance to check the thickness but would assume that it formed in the last couple of nights with temps being below zero.

Looking at the State Park Cameras it looks like Jordanelle is starting to cap.
