Anyone know if SR65(?) is open yet? The exit thats halfway up Parleys I mean. Apple maps is claiming i can use it now. The last few weeks we've been taking the long way around.

Yes. Had a friend that went to EC yesterday. On his way to at 6:30 it was closed, he went through Jeremy. But when he left the lake the gate was open on the EC end so he drove up and it was open.

According to UDOT, it is open.

yeah for some reason the UDOT site was showing closed. It is in fact opened though went up through there this evening! Shaved a nice chunk of time off the alternate thankfully.
