Lake Wilson Kansas April 11-15 - maddjack - 04-15-2002
The stripers are still on the bite in the west end of Wilson producing fish up to 11 lbs. and lots of 4 to 5 lb. stripers. The last 4 days I have caught them using a variety of methods with live shad as bait. The wind kept us from getting on the fish today but with the warmer weather I would expect the fish to start moving back up the lake. I have heard reports of white bass being caught in the smokey and the saline. A recent report from Webster was the the crappie, cats and wipers are also on the prowl. Good Luck<br><br>
