TEST YOUR FISHING SMARTS...."Senerio" I Want To Fish With Live Bait Tomarrow, Or This Weekend.I would like to catch so local saltwater bait fish, and just fish close to shore or reasonably beyond.....in either the morning hour's or fish at night....Is it legal ?????<br><br>
