Ingredients:
[ul] [li]1 cucumber [li]1/4 pound shrimp [li]1/3 cup vinegar [li]2 tbsps sugar [li]1 tsp sake [/li][/ul]
How to Cook:
[ol] [li]Cut cucumber into thin round slices. [li]Pour boiled water over shrimp in a strainer. [li]Mix vinegar, sugar, and sake in a bowl. [li]Add cucumber slices and shrimp in the bowl and mix well. [/li][/ol]*Makes 4 servings
