I am intrigued by this bird! I was told by some fellow employees at my job that they are delicious.Now does anyone have a pic they can share?

Humm i know, you can drive hunt these, legal as long as you dong get caught [pirate], but seriously steve kays bird farm in mona has loads of these and phesants that have escaped, they are usually in ragged shape, no tail feathers but they run rampid up there. Next time you go to see your father-in law borrow his wheeler and drive up cemmetary lane in mona over the overpass and take the first right you come to, cruze around there for a bit and you will see loads of birds. Last time i was up there there was a flock of guinne hens that were mocking me

chukars are excellent eating. they are also very hard to hunt. if you want more info on them pm me.
