I agree thats just messed up, to atack an army person is just wrong and to take the cowardace way out and suckerpunch him in the back of the head......... ah that just aint right. The attacker has just stired a pot that he didnt want to stick his fingers in in the first palce. He is is texas and i assume that it is a federal offence but if not texas like the death penality and agrivated assult is reason enough for them.

DDR is right, the attacker was waging his own war. AHHH, hypocrisy at its finest. I guess he felt that he couldn't win a fight with a soldier unless he took the first sucker punch. What a coward. I wonder why some of the bystanders didn't jump in and pummel the attacker.[pirate]
