Goin to Rockport Saturday Morning - DKSRenegade - 09-25-2004
I am going to be at Rockport tomorrow morning. Is anyone else going to be there? I will have my radio on channel 12. Give me a shout if you are up there and we can swap lies about how good we are doing. I will be on the east side on my toon looking for perchies and troutskies. Any suggestions as to what to throw out at them? I will try my favorite ICE set up and see what happens. DKS.

Last time I was there I was using 1.5" crappie jigs and hooked up on some smallies up by the dam and one nice one . I'm sure your ice set up will get you something .

i would try little jigs tipped with worms. or small spinners should produce as well.

if its anything like last year a small jig tipped with a worm should do just fine. i was seeing and catchign perch by the zillions just off the dam on a oversized jig last year this time of year.
