North Carolina: Western (Smoked Pork) - tubeN2 - 09-25-2004


2 tb brown sugar
1 tb paprika
1/4 ts chili powder
1 ts dry mustard
1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts cayenne
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c white vinegar
1 c tomato sauce
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c water

Simmer 10 minutes and refrigerate overnight prior to using.
