Depending on the size of each filet, you may need to cut each in half. [/font] [font "Arial"]Place slices of pepper and onion on foil. Place snook filets on the peppers and onions. [/font] [font "Arial"]Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add three slices of butter on top of filet. [/font] [font "Arial"]Then squeeze fresh lemon on top. [/font] [font "Arial"]Wrap foil tightly so no juices leak out. [/font] [font "Arial"]Place on cookie sheet and bake on 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. [/font] [signature] |
