My lastest fishing trip report contest - patrickacox - 09-25-2002
My last fishing trip was a bust. I was supposed to meet some co-workers at a local fishing pond at 7:00 am sharp. I was there at about 6:45am. By 8:15am, no co-workers had showed and I hadn't got the first bite.
So I left there and went to Black Creek in Middleburg, FL. I spent about 1.5 hours here and never got the first bite.
So I went home to where we have a 4 acre community pond behind my house. I set my chair up in my back yard and caught 14 catfish in less than 45 minutes.
I guess I should have just slept in and fished in the backyard to begin with.
