Ingredients: [ul] [li]2 lbs [url "http://www.exoticmeats.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=BEAR"][#000000]bear stew meat [/#000000][/url] [li]2 tablespoons flour [li]1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce [li]1 teaspoon soy sauce [li]1 tablespoon olive oil [li]1/2 teaspoon season salt [li]5 celery stalks, sliced [li]1 lb carrots, sliced [li]5 large potatoes, peeled & sliced in chunks [li]1 onion, sliced [li]1 can condensed tomato soup [/li][/ul] Directions: [ol] [li]Lightly season stew meat with salt and pepper, coat with flour Heat olive oil in a skillet, add stew meat and brown. [li]Place the stew meat in a dutch oven and cover with water. Add season salt and bring to a boil, cover and simmer for two hours. [li]Add vegetables and more water if needed, simmer for one hour. [li]Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, soup, salt, and pepper, simmer for 15 minutes. Remove heat and let it sit for 30 minutes. Ready to serve. [/li][/ol]
