Ingredients: [ul] [li]Marinade [li]1/2 cup soy sauce [li]1/2 cup orange juice [li]1 tablespoon rice vinegar [li]1 tablespoon honey [li]2 teaspoons wasabe (Japanese horseradish) or prepared horseradish [li]1/4 cup green onions [li]1/2 teaspoon ground ginger [li]1 teaspoon garlic, minced [li]1 teaspoon smoked sesame oil [li]2 pounds filet, strip, sirloin or boomerang Emu steaks [/li][/ul]
Directions: [ol] [li]Combine all ingredients and marinate emu 2 hours or overnight. Grill over medium coals. [/li][/ol]
