Salmon Loaf - tubeN2 - 02-03-2005
1 lb salmon
1/2 cup turkey stuffing mix
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Mix well. Pack into a loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
