Baked Halibut - tubeN2 - 02-10-2005
1 lb. Halibut
1 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small onion
6 slices lemon
1 tomato, sliced
2 oz. feta cheese
Spray large sheet of aluminum foil with Pam. Lay fish on foil. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Lay sliced onion, sliced tomato, feta cheese and sliced tomato in layers over the fish. Seal tightly. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F. Spray Pam on top of package. Any firm fleshed fish can be used.
