Halibut Fillets
Chopped green onions
Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Cover cookie sheet with chopped onions. Place fish on onions. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish lightly. Then frost top and sides liberally with mayonnaise. Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Caution - do not overbake
