Baked Halibut With Dill Sauce - tubeN2 - 02-10-2005
4 Halibut Steaks
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dry dill
1 small onion, chopped fine
Salt & Pepper
butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup half and half
Lightly grease 11"x7" baking dish. Place Halibut in 1 layer, close together. Sprinkle with chopped onion, dill, salt, and pepper and dot with butter. Cover with half and half. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 45 minutes.
