Claim Jumper Widow Maker Burger - tubeN2 - 03-04-2005
8 ounces cooked hamburger patty
1 hamburger bun
2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 onion ring
1 ounce mayonnaise
2 ounces lettuce, shredded
2 ounces red relish
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 thin slices tomatoes
2 slices Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook burger to medium. Toast the bun. Fry the bacon and onion ring. Spread mayonnaise on the bun. Add each from the bottom up: lettuce, onion ring, burger patty, bacon, red relish, avocado, tomato and cheese. Place bun on top.
WARNING: This will be one tall hamburger.
Serves 1.
