Just wanted to stop by and say hi to everyone.
Looks like this is a great place to meet others with
the same interest.(Fishing)
When time lets me go, I like to fish the Flaming Gorge,Rockport,East Canyon. And a few streams here & there.

I'll do just about any kind of fishing. Boat,Shore,Creek & Ice.
In the spring I'll be in the Boat as mush as I can. Nothing better than trolling.(Execpt when my wife out fishes me[unsure]). Around October or so I like to hit the creeks. People get upset but when I release fish while trolling, But I will not keep anything under 16". Just a rule. Haven't been on Utah Fish Find yet but I'll check it out.
I got Rudedog when I was in the mudboggs years ago. Got the boat ready to go out this weekend. Will try to go Thurs. or Fri. If it don't snow. Any info on Rockport or East Canyon. Is fishing any good. Was looking over the post and might try Rockport. Maybe will see you up there one day..

Trolling is my favorite way to fish but jigging is a close second. The old utahfishfinder site no longer has a posting board, no one was keeping on top of it, so they did away with it. From the reports yesterday I would say Rockport is your best bet but East canyon can be just as good this time of the year. The difference is RP does not have the same problem with parasites or at least not as bad as EC. WH2

Welcome aboard the people that you will meet on this site are top notch and willing to share information and that's what it's all about. As far as fishing sites The Gorge is my favorite bar none and I am there every weekend starting in april all the way through to October...so if you ever want to go just send me a private message and we'll hook-up.
