Jesse Carter landed this HUGE male brook trout..(CPR) Caught Photographed Released). This brookie went approximately 21 inches and 3-5 pounds. It will appear in this weekend Wisconsin State Journal and the next editions of Wisconsin Outdoor Journal and Midwest Outdoors.
