[ul][li]1 1/3 cup instant non fat powder milk [li]1 cup water [li]2 tablespoons flour[/li][/ul]
Mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer; while stirring constantly, add 2-4 ounces grated cheddar (or other) cheese.
This recipe for Cheese Sauce serves/makes 2.5 cups.
