Anyone ever fished the Cub river this time of year? Looking for a report, how is the runnoff?

It's closed until the Idaho general season opener( I believe Memorial weekend?). The Bear is open year round, but most other Southern Idaho streams, and rivers fall under the general Idaho season regs.
