My son has been fly fishing the West shore of Willard Bay and doing very well for Wipers.
Try a white streamer with sinking line.

James, we do let the line sink close to the bottom. I strip and pause while my son switched to a more steady and faster strip. His approach is working the best. Time for this old dog to learn a new trick!
The South West corner is where we fish.
