Boy, the states without State Income Tax sure stick out like a sore thumb.
So it appears that out of the roughly 1/2 million Utah fisherman, each averages about 10 trips per year.
I'm just crunching some numbers here, but it says that in Utah there are 5,237,905 Fisherman-Days. Doing simple math, that tells me that on any given day, there are 14,350 people fishing in this state. (average). I know there are a lot of little streams and ponds and private honey holes, but lets say there are maybe 100 different lakes/destinations that are typically used (that number might be way off...), that means that (again, average) each lake/destination sees 143 fisherman per day, per lake/destination...non stop.
No wonder it seems crowded out there!

hey Randy that just means that there are 140 fishermen on strawberry and 3 fishermen on 3 other lakes!! thats why i stay away from there.. get the lake to my self most day's.. [sly]
