Anyone putting in for a moose, goat or sheep tag this year? I might put in for moose but haven't decided if it is worth giving up the option to apply for deer, elk and antelope.

I've always wanted to put in for moose, but I have the same reservations as you. I see moose all the time when we're hunting game, but the minute I have a tag for a moose they will all disappear and I'll end up with nothing for the season. Good luck if you do put in.

So Brian...did you put in for moose? I decided to wait another year. With the price of gas, not sure how much traveling around I'll be doing this year.

I did apply for moose. Gas prices are out of control. I'm glade my Tacoma gets doesn't burn too much gas. If I drove a full sized truck or larger SUV the gas prices would probably start affecting my fishing/hunting.
