Sturgeon restitution proposedrule changes - FishNews - 05-03-2007
New rules proposed by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) would increase the restitution value of lake sturgeon. Under the proposed rules:
- Restitution value for lake sturgeon more than 40 inches would increase from $500 to $1,000. Restitution value for lake sturgeon more than 50 inches would be $1,000, plus $100 for each inch over 50 inches.
