A friend that lives by Pineview told me today(03/19/03) that ice was off two days ago. Water level is low but fishing should be good this weekend, I hope. WH2

Thanks for the info WH2. I was up there Sunday and there was still alot of ice on. It is good to know we can hit it this weekend. I will be going for crappie hope fully find some. Haven't been able to get many out of there the last couple of years.

I haven't caught a crappie 1 out of there . I seen some nice ones that were caught thru the ice this year . I hope to get out this weekend , just can't decide where to go . Let us know if you find some crappie . Will you be fishing from boat , shore ,or tube ? tight lines

I don't have a boat so its from the shore for me. The crappie fishing was really good 2 years ago. But I haven't been able to get any since then.I will let ya know.
