Played hooky from work on Wed. and ran over to Jordanelle to check the repair I did to my leaky tin boat.Air temp was 39* at launch and a bit breezy in Rock Cliff.After it warmed a bit and the breeze died, the bass fishing was good, along with a few perch and trout.The perch I caught were just laying on the bottom in 4' of water, which was 58*. Hopefully, the water will warm up soon and the perch will get more active.Rock Cliff was clear of runoff debris and there was just just a little bit in the main part of the lake.
