Newton question - fairwayphilly - 08-06-2007 I'm thinking about heading to Newton this weekend and I was wondering what the ramp conditions are like. Is there a concrete ramp and a courtesy dock or do people launch their boats off of a rocky shore or beach? Also, are there any current reports from up there?
