[cool][font "Poor Richard"][green][size 3]Tried new a new salmon recipe last week and again tonight. Ingredients include dicing a couple of slices of an onion, 2 TBS of brown mustard and 2 TBS on virgin olive oil. I like to microwave the salmon without the basting for 1 minute then coat the salmon with the prepared mixture and broil for 14-15 minutes. I usually have a piece of salmon about ½lb. One hardly can taste the mustard. Hummm.[/size][/green][/font]

Oooooooh! That sounds yummy. You may want to add that one to the Salmon thread as well. It is good to have variety.[cool]
