Salmon recioe - Dryrod - 10-31-2007
[cool][font "Poor Richard"][size 3][green]Tried new a new salmon recipe last week and again tonight. Ingredients include dicing a couple of slices of an onion, 2 TBS of brown mustard and 2 TBS on virgin olive oil. I like to microwave the salmon without the basting for 1 minute then coat the salmon with the prepared mixture and broil for 14-15 minutes. I usually have a piece of salmon about ½lb. One hardly can taste the mustard. Hummm.
