Sauteed Carp - tubeN2 - 01-06-2008
Ingredients
4 Carp Fillets (@ 1lb)
1 diced Green Pepper
1 diced medium Onion
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
4 oz. White Wine
4 oz. Water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Saute Diced pepper and onion until glazed.
Add all other ingredients. Stir, cover the pan and cook until done.
Serve
