Striped Bass In Clam Sauce - tubeN2 - 01-06-2008

[left]Ingredients

2 pounds [1 kg] striped bass fillets
1 can white clam sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon [15 ml] lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced onions
I tsp. Powdered garlic
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 cup olive oil

Spread Olive Oil in bottom of baking dish and top
with fillets.

Combine Clam Sauce, in Parmesan cheese, herbs and
lemon juice and spread over fish. Top with onion
slices.

Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 15
to 20 minutes or until fish is tender.

Garnish and serve.
