The Dam area and Cedar Springs is all open water, but it was so for most of the winter. Some Shady canyon spots have thick ice and clearings have small bergs and the wind can block up passage. Don't go there yet. In the last two weeks, there have only been 3-4 warm days, in the 40s and lower 50s. It has been around 32 degrees the last four days, and they had single digits yesterday night. You could probalbly still ice fish up at Lost Dog area, but I am not sure on that.
