Southeast Michigan DNR Fisheries Newsletter - FishNews - 04-15-2008
Hello anglers. This is the first edition of an annual newsletter covering major field activities of the Lake Erie Management Unit (LEMU), shown at right.
This unit covers all waters that lie within the watersheds which drain into the St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, Detroit River, and Lake Erie.
Fisheries Management personnel in this unit include two biologists and a unit supervisor located at the Southfield Operations Service Center and two technicians and a technician supervisor located at the Waterford Fisheries Station.
This newsletter highlights some of the field activities conducted by our field staff during 2007.
