Got my H3 Freestyle yesterday - Bassamatic - 05-14-2008 UPS showed up late yesterday with my H3 Freestyle and I must say that it is AWESOME!! My wife said she didn't know it was THAT BIG:o) Waiting on my Fishin Buddy to arrive but am going to fish Upper Otay this Sunday with or without it. Should be FUN. I may try to get my side rod holder/sonar mount fabricated on Saturday. My H3 isn't red and blue like all the pictures I've seen. It is red and black only. The half circle or a regular rectangle? It is kinda curved outward on the rear side that will face me when I'm in the boat. I should be able to figure it out when I get home this afternoon. UPS showed up around 18:30 and I didn't have much time to mess around with it since I go to bed pretty early. You might find this comical, BUT I woke up around 12:30 AM and went downstairs and was looking at it (I had laid it on the living room sofa) and HAD to go ahead and inflate it. My daughter told me I was NUTS for being up and messing around with it in the middle of the night! the 2 way pump I bought from NFO worked great and the H3 looks even more impressive all inflated! You undo the velcro from the front and look for some "D" to hook it to. Like you said, you will figure it out, but the good news is, most the H3 didn't come with aprons.
