North Cache Elk Tag - HookJaw_Brimhall - 07-31-2008 My friend drew an archery elk tag for the North Cache unit. He has a few spots in mind and has done his research, but I was just wondering if anyone out there had any additional tips or useful info on this unit? Thanks, Matt [signature] Re: [HookJaw_Brimhall] North Cache Elk Tag - Theekillerbee - 07-31-2008 Wish I could help out. I know more about the South Cache Unit. Find the water and you will find the elk!! The biologist aren't going to tell you where the big bulls are, they are more a means of elk information. BTW, Nice snappy remark. [] Hey, maybe some of those Deseret bulls migrate over to the North Cache during the summer. I'll keep my eye out [sly] [signature] Re: [HookJaw_Brimhall] North Cache Elk Tag - MRCRESTLINER - 08-03-2008 GOOD ANSWER[:p] [signature] Re: [HookJaw_Brimhall] North Cache Elk Tag - Flycasting - 08-03-2008 I had a Deseret bull winter in my back yard this year... [signature] Re: [Flycasting] North Cache Elk Tag - MRCRESTLINER - 08-03-2008 They would be the ones with the pink ear tags that say "take me"[] [signature] Re: [HookJaw_Brimhall] North Cache Elk Tag - bassbugn - 08-11-2008 If I had an LE tag I wouldn't wait for them to return my call this late in the year, I would call them every day or go find them. And not one but all of them in the region. I found one biologist who actually bowhunted for elk and was willing to share the information. Wrong region though. It is getting to the point that you can only get one of those tags every 7 years or so. Good luck!
