A day on the 'Nell 8/1 - Bigguyone1 - 08-03-2008
A little late in posting as I was tied up saturday most of the day.
Hit the water at Jordanelle about 6am with Bassrods (thanx again) - nice sunrise but the fishing was a little slower than normal off the bat but the fish had good size - caught the larger ones in 2-4' of water. He caught one right off the bat that was 4.1lbs and we continued on to bring in two 3's, numerous 2's before the day ended at 1:20pm with a total of 51 fish. Fished much of the lake - both the main section and a little bit of the rock arm. Did not seem to find any "honey holes" but the fish were consistent 3-6 at each spot we hit for the most part.
I'm gonna try to inline the pics due to size...we'll see if it works this time.
P.S. - I gotta say Thank you to Senkonate for making room in the boat for me....

It felt slower then it ended up....
Now I have a problem...You see I have posted about the gulp minnows so much that I can't find any, and today I used my last one...
I tried fishing with other lures but once out of gulp all I could get was small one...WHO has been buying all my gulp???

just got some that the sportsmans in Sandy the 19.99 bulk and they still had a few left.

The ones in the bottle don't work the same, just not as good as the package...I'll pass until I can get the others but thanks for the thought...

One more place that i know has them for sure is a store located in the Jordan landing shopping area don't remember the name but its right in front of the Wal-Mart that’s there. I think it’s called Sport World it’s like Dick’s sporting goods.
