Scrounger Leadhead Lures - halibass - 08-07-2001 Do any of you angler's out there know where I can purchase Scrounger lures? I used to use them to catch halibut and bass in SoCal but can't find them anywhere. The Scrounger is a lead head type lure. Rootbeer color was most productive in SoCal. The Scrounger had a plastic hood built into the top of the leadhead which caused an oscillating action.
