Salmon on the grill - Jaackrabbit - 09-02-2008

Just thought I'd share..................................

half cup of your fav seasoned bread cums
4-5 healthy shakes of your favorite cajun spice
salt n peper to taste
Butter
Your fav beer (Coors)

OK... so throw the bread crums cajun spice salt n peper into a bowl and mix.

Throw the salmon in the bowl and coat throughly.

Toss the salmon steaks on a hot grill (make sure it's hot) and close the lid and turn down to Med.

3 minutes later flip em.

Wait another 5 minutes.... flip them again (they should be just a bit blackened on the side you just flipped)

Once you have them flipped, put a tab of butter on each of the salmon steaks....

Close the lid and after 1 minutes turn off the gas grill and wait another 4 minutes and ........

are you ready...............

open your fav beer.........

take the salmon off the grill and put on a plate......

grab a fork and then................

HOLLY CRAP.. it's the best salmon you've even eaten. ..

ps. If you don't feel like you can do this on your own and want me to come over and demonstrate catch yourself a salmon and give me a call. (YUM)

~Good Fishin....
