I need a small pencil style twin prop bait for S. Florida peacock that can be retreived at a ridiculous rate of speed. Must be extra rugged. Also, not paying $20.

Check either at Wallys World or on Ebay. Wallys world has the single prop.

I have topwaters that are called Dying Flutters, I think Heddon makes them. They are exactly what your looking for. I found a link, they are fairly cheap.
