sonar for my tube - idahoron - 12-23-2008 I have a FC4 and I am wanting to get a fish finder. I am leaning to a Fishing buddy 120, I was thinking about the Garmin 140. I have seen some of the screen shots of the garmin and to be honest I am not sure I like it. it was kind of confusing to be honest. Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for? I know NOTHING about FF's. The reason I was leaning to the Buddy 120 is it does not need a 12v battery, and it seems like it would be less of a hassle. I also liked the idea of the side view. The thing I am not sure I would like is the long shaft on it. Any info would be great Thanks. I wouldnt want to spend any more money than you have to since your just using it for a tube. Cabelas has a great 12v battery that fits perfectely in the side pocket of the fc4. Good Luck![cool] [signature] |
