Fishing Rules - luv2hookem - 01-17-2009
When going through the Idaho State fishing rules on line I didn't find any rules about chumming. Not much on baits either, except on live bait. Also, is corn a legal bait.

Chumming is definetly illegal, baits are different with each lake, river or stream you fish. Corn is legal, if the water you are fishing is good for bait. Just to know for sure, I like to contact a F&G officer. Those regs are just plain hard to understand.

The regulations say it is against the law to put anything in the water not attached to a hook for the purpose of attracting fish . Curt G.
