I cant beleive the amount of garbage that has been gathering up the last 2 weeks on the medium and sides of the highways between mona and spanish fork. I know its been getting a little warmer so does that mean throw your garbage out your car window? When i moved to Utah i could not beleive how clean it was here i was so used to the big city with all the filth .If i see anyone dumping garbage i will report them to the police and they can pay the $250 littering fine.
