[size 3]Doug Smith of Las Vegas reported that he caught several largemouth bass last week while fishing north of Cottonwood Cove with nightcrawlers and grape-colored plastic worms. He also caught a large channel catfish, but lost the fish when his line broke.[/size]
[size 3]Striped bass are being caught above Cottonwood Cove, but most of the fish weigh less than two pounds. Trout fishing continues to be slow at Willow Beach. [/size]
