Ogden River - Lonesomefish - 04-25-2009
Two of us went to the Ogden River below Rainbow Gardens yesterday afternoon. The river is running high and dirty. We caught 6 small browns between us on a #14 prince nymph under a strike indicator. Lost several flies because we couldn't get out very far in the water to retrieve them. I think I'll hold off on the river for a while. It can be downright dangerous to get in.

I know what you mean.. I drove up that way just to take a look at the river.. Then over to the weber.. man both of them are running fast and deep.. I think i might head up higher.. maybe they are still fishable..
