<br /> Got out at daylight today with JDK to try to get on a swimbait bite. Not happening. We started the day fishing a deep ledge where TW killed them last night. We boated two slicks there. We were the first boat on the ledge this morning and soon after we started a fellow CFFer fishing the CBA started fishing the ledge with us about 150 yards down which was plenty of room. Believe it or not some a$$hole pulled in about 15 minutes later BETWEEN us!!!! Unreal. Chick has some of the rudest, jerk tourny fisherman I have ever seen.<br /> We left that spot and rode downriver to try a mid lake hump. We boated a few more short fish there on brushhogs and spinnerbaits. Fish were in about 15 feet of water. Hit one of my favorite shell beds and got a blank. Notta. Ended the day at 9:30 fishing a shollower ledge in about 12 feet and boated 3 with two being verified keepers with the third a possible keeper (did not measrure). These came on 10&amp;quot; worm and deep diving crank. JDK got the last keeper on the crank as I was firing up the big motor getting ready to leave. Was our largest fish around 16.5&amp;quot;. <br /> Total for today was 8 LM (2 keepers, maybe 3) and a little spot. Not to terrible for 3.5 hours but with little flow the fish were just not too aggressive. It was good to finally get out with my Riverpark brethern JDK. We will do it again real soon.
