You say Upgraded Oars, are they the carbon oars?
We put mine on the roof of the truck today, just to see which way to turn it.
I have the X5 with the frame, and the boat with the frame was around 50 lbs.
I lifted the pontoon with out the frame and it weighs nothing! It is so light it is great. And packs up small.
