EricM, Chick cats, nice to be out again, 7-15-09 - FishNews - 07-18-2009 Soooo nice to get out for a little while today again! I'm still having an issue with my shiny new pacemaker (or it's having issues with me) and although not life-threatening, it has pretty much kept me near the house for too long.<br /><br />Today I wandered out to the river at 9:30 or so and got there in time to see a nice 50+/- caught. Turns out it was "in-the-box 30lb", but I didn't know it at the time. I saw and spoke with several of the regulars including ol' "Can't hook er", and while I was there his lovely wife hooked a nice 30+ and we got to cheer her on! <br /><br />I didn't spend a lot of time out there today, but had a really great day with the weather, friends, and even caught a few cats, including a 24 and a 20 (haven't completely lost the touch!). I'm scheduled to go with Biofisher tomorrow, but the weather doesn't look like it will cooperate, so I really glad I went today! I hope to start having more fishing/adventure/disaster reports for you soon! emoBig
